The majority of the past two years has been spent launching and supporting the Lloyds Banking Group Internet Banking sites for Lloyds TSB, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. The scope of the project is vast: over 500 people working in 4 countries, 13 trillion customer records, a budget of over £120m.
We set out to explore and understand Lloyds Banking Group, to discover what they stand for: service, availability, expertise & security and to recognise the relationships the have with their customers. We dreamt about how to make their lives easier, not just now but also in the future. From these ideas we created tools for real people, for the important events in their lives: innovating how people bank online, using experts to provide advice and guidance, making it easier for them to stay in control of their money – wherever they are.
The service is now being used by over 6 million people daily, with over a billion page views a month.
